Must Have

Experience using inspection and measurement equipment, Accurately interpret work orders, prescriptions, and manufacturing specifications, Attention to detail, Visual acuity, Maintain a high level of accuracy, Basic computer proficiency, Organizational skills, Communication skills, Teamwork skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Nice to Have

Experience inspecting prescription eyewear, Experience using manual and automated lensometers, Knowledge of lens verification, Familiarity with ANSI optical standards

What You'll Do.

Perform final inspection and verification of prescription eyewear

Ensure compliance with ROKA quality standards

Ensure compliance with customer specifications

Conduct cosmetic inspections of lenses and frames

Validate frame and lens combinations against production orders

Ensure product accuracy

Operate manual and automated inspection equipment

Assemble prescription and plano eyewear accurately

Ensure proper lens mounting

Ensure frame alignment

Identify and report non-conforming products

Support corrective action efforts

Maintain inspection throughput targets

Ensure adherence to quality standards

Resolve quality concerns

Improve process performance

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures

Follow work instructions

Follow quality control protocols

Maintain a clean work environment

Maintain an organized work environment

Maintain a safe work environment

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Support production schedules

Support departmental priorities

Ensure on-time delivery commitments
