12 hour Rotating Day shift, subject to shift alignment, working on A Shift, 6:45AM-7PM, on a 3-1-3 rotation, Able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required, Possess or acquire within specified timing any licensures necessary to perform the job, Regard safety as a core must serve as a role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures, Demonstrate proficiency in essential tasks of the job and a willingness to learn and share knowledge, Must take initiative to cross-train and sustain acquired skills, detail orientation and be able to follow written and oral instruction, Able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests

What You'll Do.
Operate and maintain all processing and material handling equipment
Follow process procedures or instructions
Set up machines requiring a high level of precision
determine and manage machine controls
unload finished product
Perform routine tests and check product
Monitor and verify quality
Surface any malfunctions or abnormalities of equipment
Maintain production records and logs
Adjusts set up and process operations accordingly
Continuously review current processes
search out improvement methods
