# **Job Title:** Extrusion Operator- 3rd Shift # **Summary:** To safely and efficiently perform custom compound extrusion utilizing multiple mechanical equipment to pre-form high consistency silicone rubber to desired customer specifications. # **Responsibilities Include:** * Ensure that all safety equipment is readily available and that all guards are in place. * Read batch cards for directions, such as proper amounts, temperature controls, weights and sequences of extrusion, and any other additional instructions. * Safely operate multiple types of extruders and related equipment. * Update and maintain production records on batches extruded. * Maintain work area in clean and orderly manner, especially during shift transition. * Learn and understand basic customer requirements and the equipment and materials used in extrusion, packaging, and finishing. * Receive and relay vital communications with co-workers concerning daily production strategies. * As directed, carry out any other tasks of equal or less difficulty. * Ability to work 3rd shift schedule. * **Starting pay is $21.29 + $2 shift premium with increases at 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year.** # **Qualifications:** **The following are _required_ for the role** * Must have HS Diploma or GED * Must be able to read/write/speak English * Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test that includes marijuana **The following are _preferred_ for the role ** * Prior computer and scanner experience # **What We Offer:** _The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.****_**_If you are interested in this position, we’d ask that you apply! _** _**#BePartoftheSolution** _ **At Momentive, compensation is one part of your overall package.
