The employee will have direct input into product quality and will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement efforts as part of our Lean Manufacturing initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for operating in addition to assembling and disassembling multiple machines and equipment. * Will operate both manual and automated equipment. * Ability to assemble and disassemble various machines and equipment. * Ability to perform preventative maintenance on equipment is essential. * Ensure all products produced meet established quality standards. * Follows Standard Operating Procedures and other regulatory requirements. * Maintain proper documentation practices. * Ability to troubleshoot basic issues on certain machinery/equipment. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects as directed by management. * Keep work area clean and organized at all times. * Participate in cross training opportunities and other activities as required. * Meet or exceed established production targets. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Minimum education requirement of high school diploma or GED. * Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. * Experience in extrusion manufacturing or injection molding processes a plus. * Demonstrates understanding of FDA regulations pertaining to medical device manufacturing. * Able to read, write and speak Engl
