operating the machinery, ensuring processes are efficient, following state-mandated regulations and procedures, work tactically to ensure complete and on time execution of production schedules, accurately filling out all associated logs and tracking records, safely handling hazardous materials (Butane, Propane, Ethanol, etc.), adhere to safe chemical handling and disposing procedures defined by SOP’s and MSDS, help conduct R&D to improve efficiencies in the extraction process, situational awareness, EQ, work within a diverse team in the organization, Safely operate, clean and maintain extraction production equipment, Safely handle hazardous materials, adhere to safe chemical handling and disposing procedures, Safely handle and dispose of cannabis waste, Produce reliable and precise data, Accurately fill out all associated logs and tracking records, Maintaining equipment health, performing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly checks, Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs, Assist in maintaining equipment asset logs, Assist in training new hires, Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools, working surfaces, Ensure the safety of themselves and other, push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs, sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and or walking for extended periods of time, Stand constantly, Walk frequently, Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms, Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus, background investigation will be conducted, state investigative process includes a state and federal background check

High school diploma or equivalent (GED), 6 months of cannabis extraction experience with hydrocarbon, Experience with solventless extraction, Positive attitude, Self-motivated, attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, Able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs, Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and or walking for extended periods of time, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Honest, fair, and respectful of others
