What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Aerial lift certified, Chemical handling training, Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's, Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance, Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions, Must have flexible work schedule with some mandatory weekends and overtime, open availability including evenings and weekends

Persuasive and productive communication skills, Effectively works with team dynamics, Maintain a high quality process, Provide presentations and lead meetings as required, Ability to work within a team environment and with external partners, Must be self-motivated and able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment
What You'll Do.
Lead the daily beverage operations team
Ensure efficient work performance by training
developing and correcting behavior
Direct the work of all hourly staff
Manage and oversee movements made by forklift & Yard Goat operator
Plan and implement task
Ensure standard processes are being followed
Support improvements in Quality
Ensure all drivers follow safety operating procedures
Conduct safety tailgate meeting
Housekeeping maintained throughout the processes
Maintain a safe environment
Maintain a Food Safety environment
Create and maintain a professional working environment
Maintain materials and product produced within product specifications
Meet expected operational goals and numbers
Support maintenance and maintain operation and cleanliness of all machines
Maintain area in a clean & organized manner
Assign everyone to their workstation
Pass down of schedule to employees
Address work to be completed
Email shift KPIs as required
Monitor breaks & lunches
Verify & initial shift paperwork as required
Address safety & quality reconcile paperwork
Reconcile materials used
Reconcile quality issues
Own and participate in their own development
Assist/ Perform COP/ CIP process
Handle chemical during cleaning process
Perform any work as assigned
