What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University Degree or equivalent industry education, Valid driver’s license, Ability to communicate in English and French

Nice to Have

Demonstrated consultative, active listening, and relationship-building skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively., Proficient in verbal and written communication, with compelling presentation abilities and the capacity to develop and deliver proposals and business cases., High level of comfort with technology, including advanced knowledge of Manulife systems and MS Office, especially Excel., Self-discipline, initiative, and time-management thrives in competitive environments and large geographic territories., In-depth understanding of the insurance sales process, competitive positioning, and previous industry sales knowledge of Manulife products is preferred., Proven team player and mentor, with previous training and education experience considered an asset., Successful completion of LLQP is a nice to have, Attained or working on relevant professional designations (CLU, CFP, CHS or CH. F. C. )

What You'll Do.

Manage the Quebec region

Evolve existing advisor relationships

Cultivate new advisor relationships

Promote client-centric solutions to increase Mass Market Insurance sales

Promote Manulife Insurance solutions to mass market advisors

Identify opportunities and activities to support and grow advisors’ businesses

analyze & refine strategies and tactics to achieve/exceed sales targets

Assist in developing and implementing plans for marketing support and new sales ideas

Build and maintain relationships with key advisors and Intermediaries

Create professional working relationships with other Manulife field partners

Maintain face-to-face contact with advisors in the sales territory

Record daily activities using Salesforce.com

Conduct sales and marketing meetings and seminars with advisors and Intermediaries

Train on Manulife insurance solutions and approved sales and marketing concepts

Assist in developing sales opportunities with new and existing clients

Raise service-related issues on behalf of advisors

Develop and share best practices

marketing and business development ideas

Adhere to the highest ethical standards

Perform front line business risk management

Support and implement compliance and company policies with advisors

Supervise sales-related activities
