College diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing, 1+ year of experience in the recycling industry, Valid Class 5 driver’s license, Willing and able to travel
Nice to Have
Experience in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, Knowledge of metal alloy identification, Familiar with CRM systems, Bilingual (French/English)

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Outside Sales Representative will work closely with the management team and will be responsible for purchasing scrap metal (from dealerships/intercompany sources). The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional business relationships with both new and existing clients. This role requires a dynamic, self-driven individual capable of collaborating effectively with all company staff and departments, as well as with customers and suppliers. What you'll be responsible for: * Purchasing scrap metal to ensure tonnage targets are met or exceeded while optimizing profit margins; * Visiting dealerships and industrial suppliers, by phone or in person, to generate new and repeat business, provide pricing, deliver customer service, respond to inquiries, handle complaints, and build strong relationships; * Prospecting new customers by visiting individuals and small businesses (door-to-door); * Developing reliable networks of contacts to obtain up-to-date in
