What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial discipline, Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Excel, Power Query, Access, knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory accounting principles (SAP), Effective written and verbal communications, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, Proven ability to identify process improvements, Proven ability to work effectively with team members
Nice to Have
Previous experience (1-5 years) in finance or accounting role preferred, Workday, Workday Reporting tools (Office Connect) experience preferred

Ensuring understanding of the systems/processes for the business areas supported
Researching new tools and existing tools’ new functionality
Evaluating opportunities to apply new capabilities to improve current business processes
Participating in the selection of tools that are appropriate for the reporting area
Evaluating and resolving issues and errors found within our tools
Maintaining the credibility and integrity of the data
Utilizing various tools
including automation tools
to configure and develop the future process

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to a broad customer group and has an aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them to improve processes within the reporting and accounting teams. **Analyst:** Helps implement solutions by reviewing data, determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. They assist with the business case, organizing requirements, translating and simplifying requirements, and requirements analysis.
