What You'll Achieve.
Deliver our next AAA title; Ensure delivery of high-quality content across multiple disciplines; Ensure clarity of requirements, timely feedback, and alignment with project goals; Providing a high quality and seamless onboarding experience; Providing accurate reporting to the Lead External Development Manager; Track progress of external partners deliverables and flag issues proactively; Ensuring clarity and timely responses and helping flag and resolve issues where needed; Ensure that all security measures are in place; Deliver high-quality content through effective coordination

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience working as a External Development Manager, Producer or Project Manager in game development, VFX or similar fast paced environment, Very communication and organisational skills, Detail-oriented with a proactive approach, Experience with project budgeting and cost tracking, Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities while driving towards a deadline, Proven ability to work as part of a team, Able to think strategically and balance short term needs vs long term studio goals
Nice to Have
A solid understanding of waterfall and Agile methodologies is advantageous, Knowledge of asset creation workflows and tools is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Manage a portfolio of external development partners
Lead coordination between internal teams and external partners
Assist with documentation and contract preparation
Refine the onboarding process for external partners
Assist with cost tracking for your portfolio
Maintain regular communication with production and external teams
Facilitate communication between development team and external vendors
Identify and resolve risks to project and outsource pipeline
Maintain delivery pipelines
including asset tracking and review workflows
How You'll Work.

Collaborate closely with art, design, production, engineering and QA teams; Act as the primary point of accountability for partners output and performance; Lead relationships with external partners; Drive delivery pipelines; Ensure outsourced content meets quality, schedule, and budget expectations; Coordinate between internal teams and external partners; Facilitate communication between development team and external vendors; Work closely with our IT team
