Full Job Description
Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Sr. Program Manager to manage Pickup and Seller Network Programs as part of External Fulfilment Operations team. The Program Manager will lead over-all cost and Speed Projects to drive efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance the overall seller and customer experience. Reporting to head of EF/ES/3P Operations, this role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of short-term and long-term initiatives to address the key opportunities. This is a critical role that will have a significant impact on the efficiency and reliability of over-all seller network. This role will require the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, startup environment, partnering with others as needed, and the ability to exercise sound judgment solving novel problems without clear direction from leadership.
