We're Hiflylabs, a vibrant team of 250+ data and tech enthusiasts based in Budapest. From data engineering to data science, artificial intelligence and application development, we work on a wide range of projects around the world. We are looking for an experienced IT Security Specialist to join our team delivering custom data and AI solutions. If you are seeking a part-time position and would like to contribute your expertise to innovative, high-tech projects, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities * Project-Specific Security Design: Conduct security reviews and design secure architectures for data-driven and AI-powered systems, including cloud environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP * Risk Assessment: Perform threat modeling activities with a strong focus on data security and vulnerabilities related to LLMs and AI models (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications) * Compliance Support: Assist projects in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and the EU AI Act * Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in client discussions, clarify security requirements, and ensure proper documentation of security-related decisions and controls ## Qualifications Requirements * At least 4–5 years of relevant IT security experience * In-depth knowledge of cloud security architectures and best practices * Solid hands-on experience with data protection and data security technologies , including encryption, data masking and access management * Ability to work independently and adapt effectively to a dynamic SME environment * Professional working proficiency in both English and Hungarian Nice to have * General / Management Certifications: CISSP, CISM or CRISC * Cloud / Technical Certifications: CCSP, AWS Certified Security or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer * AI /
