What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7 - 10 years Dealership or Aftermarket management experience, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Navigating internet web-based applications, Ability to leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change, Analyzing data from dealer financials and operational assessments to establish improvement action plans, Implementation of Maintenance advisor selling systems and overall process improvement solutions at the aftermarket or retail level, Ability to understand, establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI, Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment, Ability to train and utilize all aspects of Automotive Tire Sales and automotive Maintenance sales, Ability to influence the sales personnel and technicians in the training processes and monitoring the results

What You'll Do.
Deliver and install MSX Express Maintenance prescribed solutions
Develop and maintain direct relationship with assigned dealers
Develop and maintain direct relationship with OEM field
Assist with Dealer Launch Meetings
Assist with Dealer Workshop Meetings
Install and sustain Basic and/or Advanced Express Maintenance
Conduct Dealership Express Consultations
Provide Dealer remote and in-dealer classroom training
Provide Dealership staff on the job training
Provide Dealership phone follow-up support
Complete dealer action plans
Implement best practice processes within Express Maintenance operation
Contact OEM National and Regional personnel
Submit Monthly field detail reports
Submit Weekly timecards
Submit Weekly expense reports
