## Dealership: L0378 Bell Road Toyota # **Bell Road Toyota** ### **Express Lube Advisor** **Pay:** $3,000 - $8,000/monthly Commission based on performance **Schedule:** Full-time We searching for a highly motivated and experienced Express Lube Advisor to join our award winning team! In turn, we provide top-notch training and continuous support to help our employees succeed. **Responsibilities:** The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. * Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles. * Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. * Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. * Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. * Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. **Qualifications:** * Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. * Previous experience as a Express Advisor or Service Advisor preferred * Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. * Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. * Basic computer & cost calculation skills. * Valid drivers lice
