As the fastest growing Fortune 150 Company and largest auto retailer in the nation, we’re expanding and ready to invite experts in sales and service to join our team. In turn, we provide top-notch training and continuous support to help our employees succeed. **Responsibilities:** The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. * Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles. * Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. * Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. * Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. * Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. ​ **Qualifications:** * Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. * Previous experience as a Express Advisor or Service Advisor preferred * Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. * Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. * Basic computer & cost calculation skills. * Valid drivers lice
