What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in recorded music, music distribution, artist management, or live entertainment, with a solid track record in executing marketing campaigns., A solid understanding of, or direct experience working within, key regional genres (such as Anglo pop/dance/rock, K-pop, J-pop, Mandopop, Cantopop, Hindi/Punjabi pop, or Desi Hip-hop)., A regional artist perspective and experience within APAC’s music markets, combined with the commercial acumen to track performance and budget investments., Enjoy being a 'cultural chameleon' and strategic thinker who understands how different cultural nuances necessitate flexible ways of working to achieve the best outcomes., Passionate about international music, eager to learn what makes APAC artists successful across the globe, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment., Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines., Based in Sydney and are willing and able to travel internationally for work.
