Experience our Tire Manufacturing world and learn every relevant Production and Engineering processes used in day to day operation! * Introduction to Tire production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material’s flow and Components in order to gain in-depth operational knowledge about the production process, with focus on Engineering Management; * During the training period a part will be focusing on shop floor experience, in Manufacturing location and the second part of the program will be focusing on introduction into automation & digitalization engineering and the implication for the Organization Trainee pool in Central projects; * Be part of the Central team and fulfill central training plan in order to gain technical knowledge, competencies and capabilities in the processes of the engineering management and manufacturing environment and to develop an understanding of the tire business and structure; * The training will be dynamic and will be done through rotations
