Quality comes from experience so, to gain broad knowledge of tire production, you will start the program with hands-on experience right there on the shop floor. After this initial experience, you will join other Manufacturing and Engineering Trainees for a 6-months stay in the Central Operations in Hanover. Participating in a series of stimulating projects you can get up to speed with the tire development process and our global Continental business model. Discover which technical trainings suit you best, develop your soft skills and build your network with visits to major Continental tire plants, customers and suppliers.
