Full Job Description

As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems. * Manage the ordering, release, and change control of rework tools, handy tools, clip guns, and other equipment during product changes and new product introductions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements. * Serve as the primary interface between production engineering and suppliers for new tool design, specifications, and delivery, ensuring all requirements are met and communicated effectively. * Install, configure, and support the release of foaming tools, moulding tools, and innovative tooling solutions (including robotics, AGV, and VR technology applications) to optimize production processes. * Create comprehensive maintenance work instructions for all tool types, conduct training sessions, and coach the maintenance team to ensure proper tool operation, care, and troubleshooting capabilities. * Establish and maintain the spare parts database with complete technical information, coordinate the manufacturing or procurement of auxiliary tools and non-standard fixtures, and manage initial spare parts ordering and inventory. * Plan and execute construction and modification of assembly facilities according to specifications and standards during product changes and new introductions, ensuring compliance with process flow requirements and project schedules. * Monitor tool traceability, material stat
