Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world Audit: - Is overall responsible for all internal QM and external audit certifications (QM & SHE) within the production facility - Plans and ensures the follow-up for the internal audit plan within the organization - Performs audits to comply with internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations - Verifies the effectiveness and the generalization of the corrective and preventive actions resulted from external and internal audits - Maintains the auditors’ qualification and performs the required auditors re-qualifications according to LEONI standards and customer requirements - Ensures the compliance of the plant facility systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and all local regulations Methods: - Ensures with the Quality Operations team the identification and presentation of lessons learned and best practices - Secures the evaluation of local application of lessons learned and best practices and checks continuously their implementation as well as their effectiveness - Develops training programs in accordance with the global qualification matrix based on LEONI, customer requirements and local regulations - Trains and coaches the organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Quality standards, tools and methods (e.g. 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, MSA, etc. ) - Ensures the availability of required number of trainers w
