What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Gemmology Diploma from a school recognised by FEEG and GIA, At least 5 years of experience in the jewellery trade, including manufacturing processes and quality control, Proven experience in appraising and assessing pre-owned and brand jewellery, Fluent English and Japanese language skills, communication abilities, solid computer skills, diplomatic judgement in user disputes
Nice to Have
Established network of sellers and experts, with documented commercial or customer-facing experience

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Sales to recruit and develop new sellers and diversify the selection of lots in your auctions; Collaborate with Marketing to increase bidder attention and drive engagement for your auctions; daily collaboration with teams in Japan and across Europe
Communication Scope
Fluent English and Japanese language skills; communication abilities; professional and courteous communication with sellers; diplomatic judgement
