What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10+ years of relevant experience, Demonstrated experience with OSINT collection, analysis and reporting, Proven ability to translate external developments into business-relevant insights, Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, international environments, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Master’s degree preferred, Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments is a plus, Dutch strongly preferred

Full Job Description
**The role** As an Expert PPSS Intelligence Tactical/Operational (OSINT), you play a key role in strengthening ING’s resilience by delivering high-quality intelligence on threats that may impact our people, assets and operations globally. You provide tactical and operational intelligence across geopolitical, ideological and criminal domains, with a strong emphasis on the effective and responsible use of Open Source InTelligence (OSINT). You translate complex external and digital developments into clear, actionable insights for senior management and security stakeholders. Your work enables informed decision-making, supports risk mitigation strategies and enhances ING’s overall security posture. You act as a trusted advisor, connecting intelligence, business context and operational implications, and ensuring that relevant insights are embedded in decision-making processes across the PPSS domain. **The team** You are part of the global PPSS function within COO and operate in a highly collaborative, international environment. You work closely with PPSS domain leads, security professionals and business stakeholders, as well as with Risk, Compliance and other enabling functions.
