What You'll Do.

Handle and resolve complaints related to digital channels

Handle abusive caller complaints

Identify application-level and CRM-level bugs/issues

Maintain effective coordination with customers

Coordinate closely with the Team Lead/Manager

Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Review and improve processes

other assigned operational tasks
