Must Have
Understanding of club fitting and fitting systems, Thorough knowledge of the golf swing and its impact on equipment fitting, Proven experience in the golf industry and event delivery, organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently, Analytical mindset for evaluating event performance and ROI, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems, Willingness to travel
Nice to Have
PGA qualification or degree-level education (or equivalent) preferred, Passion for golf and ideally a single-figure handicap

Provide a premium custom fitting experience using advanced systems like TrackMan and GC Quad

Evaluate event performance and ROI
using insights to enhance future programs
Support the sales team where needed and uphold TaylorMade’s premium positioning

And the organisational skills to run flawless events?** At TaylorMade Golf, a global leader in golf innovation, we’re searching for an Experiential Technician to help us bring our brand to life through delivering exceptional experiential programs across Scotland. **About the Role** As an Experiential Technician, you’ll play a key role in executing TaylorMade’s experiential custom fitting program. Working as part of a specialist team, you’ll ensure every event meets company objectives, supports our account base, and reinforces TaylorMade’s position as the #1 Brand Experience Company in Golf.
