What You'll Do.

Coordinate events and activation logistics

Manage daily client communications

Support brainstorms and ideation efforts

Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties

Support sponsorship activation planning and execution of clients’ sponsorship properties in football

Lead through all aspects of event programming

from initial brainstorm through execution (on-site and virtual) and wrap-up

Be the day-to-day client liaison across multiple programs

Develop tailored experiential event strategic plans

Assist and/or manage numerous projects simultaneously

both large-scale custom experiences and smaller-scale events

Oversee the management of materials related to individual events

Facilitate and/or manage program budgets and be diligent in all accounting and expense procedures

Collaborate with a variety of specialty groups within Octagon (creative

Host client and inter-agency calls during planning

Their sponsorship programming spans sports, music, culinary, and cultural platforms, showcasing their diversity and market strength. Our team is searching for an Experiential Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage) to create, plan, and deliver world-class experiences for brand clients, consumers, and customers across a growing portfolio of passion platforms including football, music, F1, culinary, and esports. Given the subject matter of the role, this person must be proficient in both Spanish and English. As our Experiential Manager, you will support the ongoing execution of existing experiential programs, ensuring continuity, quality, and seamless delivery during the leave period. The day-to-day includes working across client sponsorship properties, coordinating events and activation logistics, executing approved programs, and managing daily client communications. You will also support brainstorms and ideation efforts as needed to advance client objectives.
