This role is for someone who flourishes in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, a competitive attitude, and a proven record of profitability in a trading position for at least 2 years. This position will require a strong emphasis on in-person presence in our Chicago office, located in River North right next to the Merchandise Mart and convenient to public transportation. What you’ll need: Proven track record of profitability as a trader for at least two years Develop and implement trading strategies aimed at generating consistent profits while adhering to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements The ability to create and support quantitative models Experience with data analysis programming languages (Python is a plus) An attentive, mindful, and focused demeanor P
