Must Have
2+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management or related experience, 2+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams, 1+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level, 1+ years of experience working with organizational leaders to develop & implement plans & objectives to meet requirements and create reports for management reviews & track performance to plan, 1+ years of experience developing and managing relationships with partners (internal and external), government and community customers, and representatives, 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C. What You'll Do.
integrate and run the business for the BT&E Flight Operations Commercial Program and Global Engagement & Training organizational functions

Develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan
coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Analyzes data and summarizes budget information
training requirements and equipment/facility needs
Develop plans for long-range strategies
objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
Makes recommendations to management on operational and financial performance projections using both financial and business knowledge and experience
coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Delivers informational or technical materials
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design
logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
