This is a hands-on Software Engineering role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and enjoys working across a wide variety of applications, integrations and technologies. Unlike traditional software roles focused on a single platform or product, this position requires experience working across multiple applications and systems simultaneously. At OSIT, you will be involved in building new applications, modernising legacy systems, maintaining and improving an existing suite of internal applications and contributing to strategic development projects. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, driving architectural decisions, and improving engineering standards across the business. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, technically strong, proactive and comfortable shifting between projects in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
