Experienced Software Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for an **Experienced Software Engineer** to join the Digital Analytics and System Health (DASH) team supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization in **Hazelwood, MO****.** The DASH team focuses on delivering critical flight data, fault detection, and maintenance action insights to support faster, data-driven decisions on fleet health. This role will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications, databases, and data processing tools primarily supporting the F/A-18 platform and other emerging programs. As a member of the DASH software team, you will be involved in the full stack software development, collaborating with cross-functional teams and users to deliver impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and fleet sustainment. This position offers the opportunity to apply strong system thinking, coordinate complex work, and demonstrate leadership skills in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
