Must Have

Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance for which the U. S. Government requires U. S. Citizenship, 3+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions, 3+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing, 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word, 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis, 3+ years of experience in the application of AS9100, 3+ years of experience leading or facilitating continuous improvement/lean principles workshops

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience, Have or have held an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License, Experience working in a Lab/Flight Test environment, Active U. S. Security Clearance, 3+ years of experience in Project Management, 3+ years of experience in quality, lab test and/or metrology, 3+ years of experience working with Regulatory agencies (e. g. DCMA, FAA), 3+ years of experience working with programing languages (e. g. SQL)

What You'll Do.

Prepares and maintains Quality directives

procedures and metrics to assure program

regulatory requirements

international standards and working agreements are deployed

Analyzes process data

models and flows to identify root cause of problems

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation

compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics

to continuously improve process capability

Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions

and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval

software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards

configuration assurance

regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management

Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials
