Full Job Description
Experienced Quality Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for an **Experienced Quality Engineer** to join our team in **Oklahoma City, OK**. The Quality Engineer for this position will be supporting the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) department at the Oklahoma facility. Their primary responsibility will be ensuring compliance of lab testing processes and procedures. The role requires conducting thorough evaluations to assess compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements. Additionally, the Quality Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead root cause corrective action investigations, identify and implement improvements, while maintaining documentation and providing clear communication. **Position Responsibilities:** * Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation * Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements * Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities * Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs * Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness * Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances * Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions * Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved * Works under general supervision **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equ
