Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of performance-based incentive measures supporting medical home care models and value-based care initiatives. Serve as a strategic advisor to public sector stakeholders, guiding program direction, policy interpretation, and operational tradeoffs. Translate business, policy, and operational needs into clear analytical, data, and system requirements for implementation. Conduct in-depth research on national healthcare incentive models and Medicaid program methodologies to recommend improvements. Assess the financial, operational, and clinical impact of policy and metric changes on providers and healthcare delivery systems. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to evaluate large datasets, interpret trends, and refine reimbursement and performance methodologies. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and policy briefs for internal leadership, state clients, and technical teams. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in public policy analysis, healthcare policy, financial modeling, business analysis, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid programs and state-level policy environments. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets. Ability to interpret and evaluate the impact of policy changes on healthcare providers, costs, and outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings for diverse audiences. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a data-driven or policy-oriented environment. Master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, or related fields preferred but not required.
