You take the lead in shaping solid project plans, managing timelines, and tracking budgets while keeping a sharp eye on risks, issues, and scope. You’ll guide and motivate your team, ensure quality at every step, and keep all stakeholders — internal, external, and third parties — well aligned through clear communication and reporting. You also play a key role in preparing and facilitating working groups and steering committees, ensuring decisions are well supported and documented.
