Experienced or Senior F-15 Staff Analyst (Level 4 or Level 5) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for an**Experienced or Senior F-15 Staff Analyst (Level 4 or Level 5)** to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in**Berkeley, MO!** **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. * Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. * Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. * Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. * Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options. * Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. * Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget. * Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. * Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. * Develops and deploys localized training content. **_Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):_** * 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data * 5+ years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions * 5+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership * 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) **_Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):_** * Bachelor’s Degree or higher * Previous experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Previous experience with Workforce management or strategy (and associated tools) **_Conflict of Interest:_** Successful candidates for t
