Bachelor's degree or higher, 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical DTP channel, retail chain, or off-site specialty drug channel development, Familiarity with DTP dual channel policies, pharmacy cooperation models, and terminal entry processes, Ability to conduct independent business negotiations and develop new outlets, Strong sense of purpose and execution ability, Skilled in cold calling and breaking the ice for resources, Ability to withstand performance pressure, Willingness to conduct field work and market visits

Nice to Have

Major in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Biology, Marketing, or related fields, Familiarity with DTP pharmacy resources in East China/Shanghai, Experience with RTM, MRT retail channels, Existing DTP pharmacy resources

It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. _**About the role**_ 负责计划并推动RTM 新渠道项目(如DTP),通过渠道创新、挖掘DTP生意潜力,新渠道整体开拓、商务洽谈、网点准入、渠道布局建设。 _**Key responsibilities**_ 1.新渠道开拓与网点开发 负责所辖区域空白DTP药房、双通道定点药房、专科医药连锁、院外特药门店新资源挖掘、商务拜访、合作洽谈、合同签约及准入进场;规划渠道布局,完成年度新开网点开发指标。 2\. 渠道商务谈判与合作落地 独立完成DTP门店进场条件、供货模式、陈列资源、销售政策、进销存规则商务谈判;协调总部及供应链,保障新品进店、首单铺货及持续稳定供货,解决渠道进场各类卡点问题。 3\.
