Provide low-level training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production
Assist in the development of production proposal activities
Provide technical and administrative assistance to meet regulatory

Experienced Manufacturing Technology Analyst **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an**Experienced** **Manufacturing Technology Analyst** to join our team in **El Segundo, CA.** This position will be responsible for assisting the team’s manufacturing engineers and other stakeholders in managing and improving supply chain success. The selected Manufacturing Analyst will support the STE (Special Test Equipment) Architecture, Engineering and Design team which is challenging the status quo and driving the Model Based Engineering culture and operations outlook. The ideal candidate will bridge manufacturing and electrical systems teams to ensure producible, testable, and cost-effective electrical assemblies. **Position Responsibilities Include:** * Gather and support the evaluation of technical data for specific projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices * Participate or manage projects using approved project management techniques * Initiate changes to supporting processes and related documentation * Provide low-level training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production * Assist in the development of production proposal activities * Provide technical and administrative assistance to meet regulatory, production and process requirements * Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services compliance * Work under general supervision **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship * 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment * Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Experience developing, qualifying and certifying new materials, parts and processes **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
