Experienced Manufacturing Engineers (Assembly and Installation) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for **Experienced Manufacturing Engineers** to join our team in BDS Manufacturing Engineering Capability located in various BDS Sites, which include:******Albuquerque, NM, Arlington, VA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, El Segundo, CA, Everett, WA, Houston, TX, Huntington Beach, CA, Huntsville, AL, Kennedy Space Center, FL, Kent, WA, Mesa, AZ, New Orleans, LA, Ogden, UT, Oklahoma City, OK, Palmdale, CA, Philadelphia, PA, San Antonio, TX, St. Charles, IL, and West Hills, CA.** This position reports to the BDS Manufacturing Engineering Capability and selected individuals will have the opportunity to support multiple BDS production programs as a manufacturing engineer in varying capacities. The ideal candidates will have strong balance between technical skills, strength in communications, presentation, creativity, vision, and work ethic. **Position Responsibilities** * Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies * Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines * Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build * Leads and implements manufacturing plans * Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements * Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices * Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions * Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule * Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts * Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. * Implements lean principles and technologies **Additional Position
