What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, experience with CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms, Experience with tooling and fixture design, machine implementation, and process improvement, Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data analysis, Legal authorization to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Experience with automation, robotics, vision systems, or assembly equipment, Experience with capital equipment projects and production launches, Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and industrial controls, Experience supporting multiple production areas or facilities, Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing metrics, Six Sigma or Lean certification
