Experienced Manufacturing Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) **is looking for Experienced **Manufacturing Engineers** to join our team in BDS Manufacturing Engineering Capability located in various BDS sites including: **Albuquerque, NM, Arlington, VA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, El Segundo, CA, Everett, WA, Houston, TX, Huntington Beach, CA, Huntsville, AL, Kennedy Space Center, FL, Kent, WA, Mesa, AZ, New Orleans, LA, Ogden, UT, Oklahoma City, OK, Palmdale, CA, Philadelphia, PA, San Antonio, TX, St. Charles, IL, and West Hills, CA.** This position reports to the BDS Manufacturing Engineering Capability and the selected individuals will have the opportunity to support multiple BDS ME Home Office Functional Initiatives such as Work Instruction Improvement, ME Upskilling, and other Technical Excellence activities impacting ME People, Processes, & Tools. The ideal candidates will have strong balance between technical skills, and strength in communications, presentation, creativity, vision, and work ethic. **Position Responsibilities** : * Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies. * Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build * Leads and implements manufacturing plans. Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements * Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices * Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions * Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule * Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts * Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems * Implements lean principles and technologies **Additional Position Responsibilities:** * Leverage b
