Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together The primary role of an Experienced Low Voltage Service Technician is to assist the Service Manager with the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of low voltage systems within a facility. Low voltage systems include fire alarm, video surveillance, door access, AV, audio, paging, intercom, nurse call and network. In this field service role, technicians are also provided opportunities to gain experience in design, estimating, engineering, and sales within the company. This individual will bridge the gap between people and technology. PRIMARY DUTIES: Service, Inspecting, testing, and maintaining of low voltage systems Troubleshoot, adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuitry, components, and programming. Records effects on system performance Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and dependability by following instructions and being an active listener Adapts well to changing circumstances or conditions in the field Pursues career development opportunities such as training and certification courses Always maintains a professional attitude and
