What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 to 3 years experience in Sell-Side M&A, Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3. 5 GPA, knowledge of business software (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Basic corporate finance and accounting knowledge, Securities Industry Essentials Exam, FINRA Limited Representative-Investment Banking Exam (Series 79), Uniformed Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63)
What You'll Do.
Working with senior bankers on strategic assignments
Assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions
private placements and other advisory services
Developing industry specific knowledge
Supporting team’s projects
including business development and investment banking transactions
Creating financial analysis for a wide variety of projects
including company valuation
Preparing materials for team assignments
management presentations
Coordinating and performing due diligence
Participating in recruiting efforts
