Must Have
10+ years Depot Level/Heavy General maintenance, 10+ years aircraft exterior and interior systems experience, 10+ years working with blueprints, specifications, assembly drawings, 10+ years accessing computer aircraft data systems, Ability to work variable shifts, Ability to obtain US Security Clearance, Interim/final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start, Ability to pass an assessment during training
Nice to Have
Experience performing aircraft engine runs, Experience performing engine borescope inspections, Operate aircraft tug/tow vehicle, Operate forklift, Operate mobile crane, Operate riding type electric powered elevating equipment
What You'll Do.
Perform flight controls installation
Perform flight controls removal
Perform flight controls rigging
Perform landing gear servicing
Perform essential component change outs
Read engineering drawings
Interpret technical orders
Interpret process specification
Interpret retrofit requirements
Perform structural modification
Perform structural repair
Access aircraft data via computer
Initiate on-line parts requests
Initiate on-line discrepancy requests
Maintain necessary certifications
Use Hazardous Energy systems
Use Lock Out/Tag systems
Ensure safe working environment
Use all equipment safely
Follow operating procedures
Assist other team members
Diagnose malfunctions
Use precision measuring instruments
Check conformance to quality
Ascend vertical work ladders
Descend vertical work ladders
Work in confined spaces
