Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, 3+ years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment supporting configuration management and release for flight, 3+ years of experience in production, maintenance planning, and/or testing of commercial or military aircraft sub-systems and components including flight controls, landing gear, fuels, fire detection, propulsion (engine and APU), environmental controls, and avionics, 3+ years of experience as a maintenance planner and/or scheduler, U. S. Citizenship
Nice to Have
Experience with military aircraft, systems, and operations, Experience interfacing with senior level military customers, Knowledge of the OPNAV 4790. 2 (Series), Naval Aviation Maintenance Control Management course (D or E-555-0040)
What You'll Do.
Ensure aircraft availability through maintenance procedures
Analyze aircraft and regulatory knowledge for maintenance requirements
Oversee verification of modification
Audit contractor's regulatory certification
Schedule maintenance and test activities
Assure aircraft configuration
Prepare and coordinate approval of aircraft maintenance inspection plans
Prepare airworthiness certification for operational aircraft
Review aircraft return to service documents
Document maintenance and support concepts
