Experienced Field Service Representative **Company:** Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an **Experienced** **Field Service Representative** to support our F/A-18 Automated Maintenance Environment (FAME) program at **Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore, California**. The FAME FSR shall provide technical research and guidance in the resolution of field problems related to the FAME suite of applications. Provide over-the-shoulder assistance and classroom training to personnel for all aspects of system operation. The FAME FSR shall participate in functional check of the FAME system for Ashore and Afloat F/A-18 squadrons. Assist the Navy/Marine Corp with the operation of Navy Aeronautical Technical Publications Library (ATPL) as it pertains to the PMA-260’s Portable Electronic Maintenance Aide (PEMAs). Travel worldwide to assist in FAME training, troubleshooting and repair, as requested. Collect and provide data deliverables as necessary to maintain both internal program management requirements and contract delivery/report requirements. Develop and maintain a relationship with the Wing and squadrons as the first FAME point-of-contact for product maintenance and operational issues.
