What They're Looking For.

Must Have

US Person status, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, 3+ years of experience with system design & integration, operational procedures, hazard identification and requirements, to prevent or control mishap risk throughout the life of the product, Experience with machine integration or equipment engineering, 1+ years of experience in multiple Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and/or Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) applications (e. g. Mastercam, CATIA V5, Unigraphics, etc.)

Nice to Have

5+ years of experience operating computing equipment to access job information (e. g. , drawings, specifications and other online information systems), 1+ years of experience in ground support equipment and/or tooling engineering

What You'll Do.

Perform stakeholder discovery

develop production asset requirements

highly complex production asset concepts and design solutions

Validate analysis of technical data

influence product design and make automation or technical recommendations to support production system integration for aerospace products

Lead the creation and modification of equipment and tooling definition

Makes rework and repair dispositions of asset issues and non-conformances

Execute project plans

provides input to Makeuy decisions and partners with Procurement to meet schedule

cost and quality targets

Ensure compliance with safety

ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements

Lead gated reviews and develop plans for production readiness

preventative maintenance and spares

Validate contractual performance milestones

Develop and implement workarounds and maintain configuration of asset hardware

software and documentation

Conduct studies and make recommendations for asset investments
