What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience working with DELMIA, 3+ years of experience supporting Engineering teammates, 3+ years of experience supporting end users in a customer service role, 3+ years of experience with DELMIA, Velocity and other 787 production applications, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Nice to Have
6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
What You'll Do.
Provide Production and Engineering site support
Act as a principal DELMIA Subject Matter Expert
Provide guidance with regards to implementation
anticipate and respond to Airplane Program Business requirements
Execute workshop improvement projects
Implement improved processes
Participate in user validation and testing
Monitor and oversee collection
analysis and validation of engineering performance metrics
