Must Have
experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes (EKS) in production, Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitLab CI, Familiarity with Helm and Git-based deployment workflows, Solid understanding of DevOps practices and the software delivery lifecycle, Very good skills in English (writing and speaking)
Nice to Have
Experience with Kubernetes RBAC, service accounts, and resource-based access control, understanding of AWS IAM roles and policies, especially Kubernetes integrations (e. g. , IRSA), Familiarity with GitOps tools and practices, particularly ArgoCD, Knowledge of networking concepts in cloud and containerized environments, Experience integrating services across cloud-native architectures, German skills (writing and speaking)

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to enable efficient and effective collaboration across development, operations, and quality assurance teams. In this role, you will design, build, and operate modern, scalable, and secure DevOps platforms and processes, with a strong focus on AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps practices. You will play a key role across the full development lifecycle—from architectural design to deployment and operations—helping teams deliver reliable, high-quality software at scale.
