5+ years of hands-on experience in data migration, 5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL, 5+ years of hands-on experience in related IT projects, Broad experience across multiple industries, Broad experience across migration scenarios, Previous consulting experience, Previous project delivery experience, Experience working with large enterprise clients, Experience engaging with business stakeholders, Experience engaging with IT stakeholders, Fluent in written English, Fluent in spoken English, Thorough expertise in end-to-end data migration phases, Deep hands-on experience with ETL processes, Deep hands-on experience with data integration, Proven expertise running migration projects, Experience with data quality assurance, Experience with validation methodologies, Experience with testing frameworks, Experience with detailed migration planning, Demonstrated project management experience, Proven ability to manage stakeholders, Cross-functional collaboration experience
