Experienced Contracts and Pricing Representative **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense Services (BDS) Contracts and Pricing team is currently seeking an**Experienced** **Contracts and Pricing Representative** to support the T-7A program in **Hazelwood, MO**. This position would support the United States Air Force (USAF) and United Kingdom (UK) customers in addition to potential future domestic and international customers (Japan, Finland, and Germany, among others). The selected individual will support proposals, negotiations, as well as contract review and execution processes. The T-7A Red Hawk is an all-new advanced pilot training system crafted for the U.S. Air Force that will train the next generation of fighter and bomber pilots for decades to come. Designed using a digital thread, the T-7A aligns with the U.S. Air Force’s Digital Century Series strategy by enabling the integration of new concepts and capabilities faster and more affordably through virtual testing. The Red Hawk builds off the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, paying tribute to the legends of the past and the heroes of the future. **Position Responsibilities:** * Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies * Supports presentation of business solutions to preserve and expand the business * Represents the company, supports external negotiations to a broad set of customers * Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company * Coordinates with other internal functional disciplines * Summarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Bachelor’s Degree or higher * 3+ years of experience building, developing and maint
