What They're Looking For.
Must Have
current consulting experience, proven track record supporting client engagements across our offerings, managing one or multiple workstreams as a member on functional HR or change management projects, org design, change strategy and execution, HR M, Excel to analyze data and present key insights in a compelling way, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Demonstrated success within one or more of West Monroe’s core industries including Consumer & Industrial Products, Healthcare (payer/provider), Life Sciences, High Tech & Software, Utilities, Insurance, Banking, and/or Private Equity, A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
