Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–6 years of experience working in a team-based consulting environment and directly with external clients, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage competing priorities, Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and sound judgment, Experience working collaboratively on large-scale initiatives, communication skills, including the ability to present to senior and executive-level stakeholders, Demonstrated presentation and business development skills, including supporting the sales process, Experience developing work plans, project scopes, and pricing estimates, project management and leadership capabilities to drive concurrent initiatives, Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Ability to build client relationships, Ability to travel to client-site 30-50%, A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
Nice to Have
understanding of healthcare industry operations, Experience in at least one of the following areas: organizational transformation, process improvement, product development, or managing teams and workstreams
